After attending Alfred State College of Technology for a degree in Computer Arts and Design, Jess took the skills she learned and used them to help promote musicians, New York-based startups, and ascending brands. Working with music labels like RCA/J Records and digital marketing companies like Vangard Media Group, she helped design websites that gave compelling voices to brands and talent—developing strategic concepts to build loyal fan followings.

Soon after, Jessica joined the digital marketing team at Viacom/Paramount /MTV Networks, where she led the rebranding of MTV2’s digital presence. She contributed to innovative marketing strategies to grow market share across social media platforms, managed multiple accounts, created digital content, and supported digital media buys for show promotions.

Looking for a new challenge, Jessica expanded her experience by working with top agencies such as AKQA, iCrossing, and Mekanism. She served as a community manager for major clients including PepsiCo, Verizon, Jack Link’s Jerky, PNC Bank, and Hilton Hotels. When not working with agencies or directly with brands, Jessica takes on freelance projects, offering services in photography, photo editing/graphic design, web development, and digital marketing consulting.

Missing her roots in the music industry, she returned—first joining XITE as Head of Social Media Marketing (US), and most recently finding her home at Beggars Group, where she now holds the title of Head of Creative Web Development.

In her spare time, she enjoys diving into the latest in tech, social media, and digital marketing. A passionate music and pop culture enthusiast, Jessica also loves to travel—both domestically and internationally—and is always on the hunt for great restaurants to grow her foodie status.
